This class meets in the West Annex building which has recently been remolded. This class is serious about reaching college students and looks to build community with the young adults in the Smyrna and surrounding areas. This class is planning great outreach events but also is looking to do missions in and around the Atlanta area. If you are looking for a class for young adults then check this one out. Class description: This class is comprised of young
professional in the age group of late 20’s to early 30’s. We meet
in the West Annex building. This class isn’t about talking about
it’s faith but is serious about it’s faith. We believe the bible
is God’s word to man and we need to know what it says. We are looking
to build this new class into

Class description: A diverse class by age, with lively discussion. Mostly couples but some singles and several whose spouses do not attend. Discussions are based on a topical bible study using the Life Truths curriculum from the Bible Studies for Life Series. The membership is eager to meet new people and serve the Lord. Many class members are active in ministries within the church. The objective of the class is to grow in love for the Lord and understand him better. Each discussion is preceded by a time of prayer requests and fellowship. Several social activities are held during the year.

Class description: This class is for young adults in their 20's & 30's. Many of the people in this class are recently married and some are having their first child. This is a wonderful class that enjoys fellowship and friendship. New couples are encouraged to join and to experience God in a small group setting. The Bible is the main textbook, but this class also enjoys supplemental studies such as Crazy Love and marriage studies as well. Teaching Style: The teaching methods revolve around class discussion
mixed with lecture, group assignments and creative brainstorming.
Class description: The class is a mixture of ages, personalities
and life situations. We consider ourselves more like a family than
a class. Members support and help each other during times of need,
illness or stress. There are also opportunities for ministry projects
in the community. Department activities such as monthly Bible study,
class or department trips and a variety of get-togethers help develop
our sense of a supportive, caring group.

Class Description: This class was started recently for young families in their early 30's & 40's. Many are parents of young children which range from birth to elementary students. This class deals with marriage, relationships, child rearing and other supplemental materials. Each class is centered on the Bible and what God has to say to young couples who are stressed for time and commitments. This is a growing class that welcomes young families who need friends and fellowship.

Class Description: This class was started because of the growing
need for people to understand the Bible from a Biblical worldview.
It answers the basic questions people have about Jesus, the devil,
heaven, church doctrine, what we believe and why and many other
tough topics that many are afraid to ask. This class is an indepth
bible study that digs deep into the Word. They are presently studying
prophecy based on a David Jeremiah book We would love to have you

Class Description: Our class is for those who may not feel comfortable in a married class and are not ready for a singles class. We offer a safe environment to study God's word and help you heal from the trauma of separation and divorce. Class participants are encouraged to attend DivorceCare as well.

Class description: Looking for a group of men and women, married
and single, with many life experiences to share? Dedicated to their
faith and challenges in their everyday life? Come join The Open
Door Bible Study Class. Just a few years old, this class offers
members and guests who are eager to study the bible and reflect
on the history within, an opportunity to enhance their knowledge
in today’s Christian living within their community. The leaders
of this class present weekly interactive bible lessons, verse by
verse, while introducing additional references as a means to further
enhance their historical knowledge. Monthly breakfast gatherings
and seasonal social functions also gives the class opportunities
for fellowship within their homes and communities. Their door is
always open for guests and welcome all visitors to join in. Come

It seeks to show God's love to all, and be prayer warriors. This is a class that seeks to minister to members, friends, & others in the community with needs. We also assist financially one international missionary couple & one home missionary couple, the youth ministry in our church, and other special offerings. We also enjoy a monthly meeting (second Thurs. of each month) for special emphasis on prayer & Bible study. We are currently studying the Book of Hebrews. Also, we include a covered dish luncheon & class meeting quarterly.
