Our Instructor, David Rice is a certified instructor and 2nd Degree black belt, backed by Into Arts (Family Martial Arts Centers) and the United States Chung-Do-Kwan Association. David has won several gold medals in Karate and Taekwondo.

something for everyone in our Fitness @ First program. Only $25/month
for
First Baptist Smyrna members, $30/month for non-members.
CARDIO/CORE |Tone your muscles and burn fat! This high-energy
with all fitness levels kept in mind includes strength training and intervals
of cardio all packed in 1-hour. Interval training is not only good for fat
burning but cardiovascular training as well!
CARDIO KICK | This fun, high intensity—low impact
exercise designed for beginners and advanced will work all muscle
groups including the "core" or "powerhouse" of
the body. This program is non-contact.
MAT PILATES | A stretching class that uses power
yoga moves to help lengthen the muscles to create a long and
lean look.
YOGA | A great class to improve your flexibility
and lower your stress.
