Smyrna 1st Travelers

The Smyrna 1st Travelers Club is open to all seniors of churches in the Smyrna/Marietta area. If you would like to travel with fellow church members where you can share Christian fellowship and fun you are invited to travel with us. We depart from the Smyrna First Baptist church. There is place to leave your car.

• November 17-19, 2010 | Christmas Candlelight Tour of the Biltmore House

  This will be a 3 day tour to really get the most out of the Biltmore Estate and to really enjoy Historic Downtown Ashville - the Basilica - the Homespun shops - the farmer's market and so much more. • December 1-4, 2010 | Orlando - Florida's Coolest Christmas Traditions

  This features a trip to Epcot where you can see the Christmas tradition in 11 different countries, the American Gardens Theater with the nightly lighting of the tree with Mickey, fireworks, and dinner and much more.
  You will also visit the Holy Land Experience which is a living biblical museum designed to give you a glimpse of what life was like during the time of Jesus Christ. This is accomplished through state of the art biblical exhibits, dynamic musical and dramatic performances and specialized tours of their Jerusalem model.
  You will also attend the First Baptist of Orlando's Singing Christmas Trees spectacular. Beginning almost three decades ago, the Singing Christmas Trees performance is an amazing spectacle of lights, music and pageantry. The trees feature the talent of more than 400 local musicians, dozens of dancers and dramatists. The two 40-foot trees hold 200 people each and 250,000 lights and production elements that rival Broadway are in place to create one of your most memorable Christmas experiences ever.
