A stretching class that uses power yoga moves to help lengthen the muscles to create a long and lean look.

Tone your muscles and burn fat! This high-energy with all fitness levels kept in mind includes strength training and intervals of cardio all packed in 1-hour. Interval training is not only good for fat burning but cardiovascular training as well!

A great class to improve your flexibility and lower your stress
  Cardio Kick
This fun, high intensity - low impact exercise designed for beginners and advanced will work all muscle groups including the "core" or "powerhouse" of the body. This program is non-contact.
